Rent is $220/wk ($110 each!).
4 weeks bond required. Rent paid fortnightly or monthly in advance.

House is for girls only!! Currently tenanted to international female students and travelers and they would like to keep this as a girl only house. No males or male/female couples to apply. Everyone is very helpful and
