The room is fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, racks, chair) and bed linen will be supported as well. It is on first floor of the house so that it stays cool also in summer and on the back of the house so that you won't hear the noise of the street.

The house is big, 22 rooms, 6 bathrooms (8 showers) and 4 kitchens. You'll be sharing bathroom and kitchen with 4 others. It's a friendly, including and social house so if you're looking for new friends, this is the perfect place!

All common areas are cleaned by professional cleaner once a week!!

The room is small, but fully furnished with a bed, linen, desk, big closet, shelves, lamps, fan and a chair. All other rooms are also fully furnished.

Last but not least, the house comes with a medium sized balcony, perfect for relaxation on sunny days!

The room is clean, new, fully furnished with bed, desk and chair, ceiling fan, in room sink and mirror and TONS of closet space. It has an attached bathroom that is shared only by one other housemate and can only be accessed through either this room or theirs, both sides equipped with locks. This is the best room in the house with the benefit of the private bathroom as well as being located in the back of the house, completely isolated from the street noise and on the second floor so it doesn't get the house noise either.

House has kitchen, balcony, laundry facilities, living room with flat screen TV and wireless internet access throughout the house. There is a cleaner that comes every Monday to clean up the common areas so the house stays neat and clean. It has the coolest people living here, some study abroad students, others on working holidays and others Australians living here for years. Great people and we are one big happy family always welcoming of the newcomers to the house.

In addition the location is amazing. Right off of Boundary Street you are steps away from bars, cafes, music shows, art shows, restaurants, great food stops and the most culture you can find in Brisbane. Only a 15 minute walk to the city and the 199 bus stop is right outside the house and takes you directly into the CBD in 3 minutes. Also only a short walk to the South Bank city beach so its a perfect location for those lazy beach days.

This house becomes available mid December but move in date is flexible and can be accommodated for. Take this opportunity for a great place to live in Brisbane!
