Sweet 2bdr Byron Bay home up for grabs over the Christmas/New Year period. This isn't a stale, overpriced holiday let, it's our home. My girlfriend and I live here year round and we are putting it up for rent whilst we visit family interstate. The home is in Lilli Pilli (a wildlife reserve, no cats, no dogs) set on a lush leafy peaceful block. The place comes with all the goods (LCD TV, DVD/Stereo, BBQ, Ping Pong table, and a big rear undercover deck) and full kitchen.

It's about 2.5kms to town beaches, cafes and restaurants but the nearest beach would be Tallows which is a short walk from the entrance to lilli pilli. Dates roughly 18th of Dec to 3rd Jan @ $1500 a week.

The house opens to a large stone paved patio and a secluded mature garden, where various fruit trees grows along with herbs and an abundance of colorful flowers, having also a dining space, barbeque and two more sitting areas.
On the ground floor there is a large open plan kitchen and dinning area, which is connected to the sitting room with a beautiful wide stone arc, with a fireplace, TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi system. The elegant kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, boiler, coffeemaker and toaster. There is also a small WC with a washing-drying machine. Further there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, all specially adapted to the needs of wheel chair users. On the first floor there is a twin bedroom with its own balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and opens to a shared terrace with a coffee table and chairs. An oak staircase leads from this bedroom to mezzanine, that functions as a small sitting room and study or it can also be turned into a twin bedroom for children. There is also one bathroom/WC with both bath and shower. Air conditioning is not necessary, because of the thick stone walls, but fans are provided instead, if an extra measure is desired.
